STA3X UAV Ground Control Stations

STA3X_GCS has been developed special for UAVs works under STA3X systems control. In this software is realized STA3X protocols support. Program has two variants - single channel ( real-time controls only one UAV ) and multi-channel ( up to four UAVs ). For multi-channel mode RFX2x radio modules is needed.

Data and commands transmitted to the system and telemetry data receiving is released by using of basic STA3x functions. Control values are loaded to "Data Array", it able to adapt existent control schemes to using with STA3X_GCS. Program supports several coordinate systems - WGS84, PZ-90, SK-42, Gauss-Kruger projection.




Real-time flight control mode

In real-time flight control mode UAV operator is able to see on screen:UAV position on map.Ground station position on map.Flight information (coordinates, altitude, speed, current UAV flight mode etc.)Current UAV flight route or patrol point.UAV traversed path.Picture from UAV onboard camera (in case of video capturing system is installed)

Replaying flight history

Flight history file contains all telemetry data and UAV operator actions. If file contains video information it replayed in synchronization with telemetry data.




Searching mode

Searching mode can be used in case of emergency landing or landing beyond visual range. Information about UAV landing place gets from flight history ( last known UAV position ).




The task route planning

The user can re-edit an existing task route and create a new task routes, historic task routes can be saved in the the routes file folder within the ground control station can preview the last 10 task routes. The task route divided into two conventional route of conventional routes and scan routes: contour route goes high route, variable high gear routes of three.




Ground control station settings

Instrumentation and telemetry data selection, alarm set the value of the flight control mode shortcut icon set, video overlay settings, scan routes minimum spacing settings, set custom task button, map set, base station GPS settings.
